When the team first met Tiangay she felt depressed and helpless; her family had thrown her out of the home, she had dropped out of school and she was homeless...

Tiangay has now been receiving weekly mentoring through the programme since August 2018. Her mentor, “Aunty Doris”, offers guidance and advice. She listens to Tiangay’s worries and concerns and helps her to find the courage and confidence she needs to remain in school and work towards the goals of her dream plan.
